Free Mystery Earrings

Orders containing at least 2 paid eligible jewelry items receive one complimentary mystery pair of earrings.

• One mystery gift is available per qualifying order.
• The style is selected at random and cannot be exchanged for another design.
• The gift has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• The mystery gift may be combined with the Buy 2, Get 2 Free promotion when the order still contains at least 2 paid eligible items after the discount is applied.
• The gift must be shown in the cart or checkout before the order is completed. If it does not appear, contact us before placing the order.
• If a mystery gift arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns on Promotional Orders

• Eligible paid items may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless they were clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.
• Free promotional items and complimentary gifts have no standalone refund value.
• To receive the full eligible refund for paid items in a promotional order, all free items connected to those returned items must also be returned.
• If a free item is not returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the items kept and the original promotion requirements.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect promotional items remain eligible for the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Availability and Fair Use

Mari Gavane may refuse or cancel promotional benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, duplicate orders intended to circumvent order limits, unauthorized resale, technical error or other misuse.

We may update or end a promotion when reasonably necessary. Any change will not remove a promotional benefit already confirmed on a completed, qualifying order unless the order involved fraud, abuse or an obvious technical or pricing error.
