The Lifetime Color Warranty covers significant problems with the gold or silver color of eligible pieces purchased directly from the store. If your jewelry develops a qualifying color issue, contact customer care with your order number and clear photos so the claim can be reviewed.The warranty does not cover lost jewelry, normal scratches, misuse, improper storage, pearl discoloration or promotional gifts.
