This website is operated by Mari Gavane. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Mari Gavane.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.
A person between 13 and the applicable age of majority may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the website or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purpose.
Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, materials, dimensions, colors, images and descriptions accurately. Screens and photography may display colors differently, and handmade or natural materials may have minor variations.
The material, finish and care information shown on the applicable product page controls for that product. General statements elsewhere on the website do not replace product-specific information.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, resale abuse, technical errors or inventory problems.
Prices, Payments and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless the website expressly shows another currency.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, are shown before the order is submitted.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, pricing or promotion errors, shipping restrictions or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer and on our Promotion Terms page.
Eligibility, minimum quantities, exclusions, deadlines and combination rules may vary by promotion.
Promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated. We may reject or correct the application of a promotion in cases of technical error, fraud or misuse, without affecting qualifying orders already completed under the published terms.
Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Order processing, shipping destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, damaged items and the Lifetime Color Warranty are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
These policies form part of these Terms.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun. A successfully cancelled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
User Content, Reviews and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting a review, photograph, comment or other content, you grant Mari Gavane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and use that content for operating and promoting our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Mari Gavane and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.
